他唑巴坦钠与头孢噻呋联用对ESBLs阳性菌的体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：[目的]为克服产生ESBLs细菌的耐药性,指导临床合理用药,控制兽医临床的感染性疾病。[方法]用试管二倍稀释法测定了他唑巴坦钠以1∶8、1∶7、1∶6、1∶5、1∶4、1∶3、1∶2、1∶1与头孢噻呋联合对产生ESBLs细菌的最小抑菌浓度值。[结果]他唑巴坦钠以1∶8与头孢噻呋联合对产生ESBLs细菌的最小抑菌浓度值较头孢噻呋单药降低了16倍。[结论]应该进行兽用他唑巴坦复方制剂的研究。[ Objective]The research aimed to overcome drug resistance of the ESBLs producing bactera, instruct to use the veterinary drug in clinic, and control infected diseases. [ Method] The minimum inhibitory concentrations （MIC） of different ratio of Tazobactam and Ceftiofur to ESBLs producing bacteria was detemained by tnber double dilution method. [Result] The MIC of Tazobactam and Cefiiofur ratio 1：8 to ESBLs producing bacteria reduced sixteen times compared with Cetiofur only. [ Conclnsion] It was valuable to study compound preparation of Tazobactam for animal.
