摘　　要：从家畜性别控制的主要途径、早期胚胎性别鉴定主要方法以及在畜牧生产中的应用等方面,详细论述了各技术的基本原理、研究概况及存在问题,并对发展前景提出设想。Basic principle, studying status and problems existed in sex controlling in domestic animals were discussed particularly in respect of main approach, method of identification for early embryos in domestic animals and application in animal husbandry. In addition, the tentative plan for developmental prospect was put forward.
