摘 要:[目的]比较不同提取方法对马尾藻多糖提取效果的影响。[方法]分别采用水提醇沉、梯度醇提和101果汁澄清剂提取马尾藻多糖,经纯化后用苯酚-硫酸法测定提取液中有效成分多糖含量。[结果]101果汁澄清剂法提取的马尾藻多糖含量和纯度均优于其他2种方法,精制马尾藻多糖的含量为6.55%,红外光谱确认为较纯的多糖结构。[结论]101果汁澄清剂法提取马尾藻多糖的方法为最优,稳定且可行性高。[ Objective ] The aim of the study was to compare the influences of different extraction methods on the extraction effect of polysaccharide from Sargassum fusiforme. [ Method] Polysaccharide was extracted from Sargassumfusiforme by using the methods of water extraction and ethanol precipitation, gradient alcohol extraction and 101 juice clarifying agent method. The content of the effective component polysaccharide in the extracting solution was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method after the purification. [ Result ] The content and purity of polysaccharide from S. fusiforme by 101 juice clarifying agent method was higher than that by 2 other methods. The content of the refined polysaccharide from S. fusiforme was 6.55%. And its infrared spectra confirmed that it had purer structure of polysaccharide. [ Conclusion ] 101 juice clarifying agent extraction method is the optimum extraction method for polysaccharides from S. fusiforme. This method is stable and feasible.
