摘　　要：卓越-皇岗世纪中心(2#塔楼)是一栋高度超限并且存在楼板不连续的复杂高层建筑。为实现"大震不倒"的性能目标,采用动力弹塑性时程分析方法,模拟该建筑在罕遇地震下的力学响应,找出了结构的薄弱位置。根据结果修改结构布置,提高结构的抗扭刚度,调整平面的刚度分布。重新进行分析发现,结构抗震性能明显改善。Zhuoyue Huanggang Century Center Tower No.2 is an ultra-limit building in height with ineontinuous slabs. To achieve the design purpose that no collapse occurs during rare earthquake, the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis is used to obtain the seismic response of the building and then find the weak part in the structure. According to the results, several modifications are carried out to raise the anti-torsion stiffness and optimize the anti-seismic behavior of the structure.
