摘 要:长江三角洲的城市内河水源多因自身排污或上游排污而不适饮用,水质性缺水日趋明显。长江水资源质优量大,成为两岸城乡首选的饮水水源。论述了江苏省泰兴市长江引水工程规划的经验,包括建设统一给水厂,规划城乡统一给水管网,将原有城镇给水厂转化为工业水厂等。既确保人民饮用水安全,又避免增设工业水厂,充分利用了现状水资源。The water sources of most cities in Yangtze River delta are inappropriate for drinking because of the pollutants and wastewater discharged from the upstream cities and those in the delta. The raw water from Yangtze River has become the first choice for drinking water source for its high quality and abundance. This article presents the experience obtained from Yangtze River diversion project in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, including constructing a consolidated water supply plant, establishing a united water supply system for both urban and suburban areas, and making the old country water supply plants supply water for industrial uses. These strategies not only guarantee the safety of drinking water, but also avoid reconstruction of industrial waterworks. As a result, this Project takes full advantages of the current water resources.
