摘　　要：用分光光度法对溴氧化Ｄ葡萄糖（Ｄ－ｇｌｕｃｏｓｅ）的动力学方程式、反应级数以及反应的速率常数ｋ进行了测定，同时也测定了离子强度Ｉ对反应速率常数的影响．A new method of spectrophotometry is established.on the kinetics of the oxidation of D glucose by aqueous bromine solution in acid medium,.The order and the influence of the ionic strength of the reaction were determined and the value of the rate constant was shown .
