砂通式防砂抽油泵的研制与应用

摘　　要：油田进入中后期开发阶段,疏松岩油井出砂严重,采用注水开采,使抽吸液量猛增,加剧了油井出砂。常规抽油泵没有防砂功能,经常发生砂卡柱塞、砂埋抽油杆的事故。砂通式防砂抽油泵的柱塞上设计有螺旋槽,能有效地防止砂卡泵和气锁,工作中还能产生上扣扭矩,减少了泵及抽油杆断脱几率。介绍了砂通式防砂抽油泵的结构原理及现场使用效果。Sand production became serious in loose crag oil well during the mid and late phase. Water injection caused the increase of well liquid and lead worse sand production. Conventional pumping unit had no sand proof device so sand plug and sand burial accidents occurred often. A sand-through anti-sand pump was developed, which has helical channel to effectively prevent pump from sand-plugging and air-blocking as well. Its making-up torque during operation could reduce suck rod being-broken. Its structure and practical on site was introduced as well.
