油管内提油装置的研制及应用

摘　　要：在油井检泵施工过程中,剪切拉杆上部抽油杆断脱会造成泄油器打不开,如果采用冒喷方式提出井内油管,会造成了井场大面积原油污染及经济赔偿问题。研制的油管内提油装置用于提捞上述油管内的原油,具有操作灵活、胶筒密封性能可靠、实现绿色环保修井作业的特点。介绍了该装置的结构、工作原理、技术参数及使用要求。现场使用证明,具有良好的推广应用前景。During pump detection period, breaking off and away happened on the upper section suck rod, which caused oil draining device could not open. If lifting inner tubing with spewing oil pollution would happen, oil splashing around field and causing economical compensation. This device was developed to eliminate such problems. It＇s structure, working principle, technical parameter, and operation were introduced. Practical application showed its wide use in oil field. It got patented.
