摘  要:传统的配水器都需要对井下机构进行反复投捞作业,耗时费力,增加成本,特别是井下机构锈蚀和结垢后无法进行投捞作业,从而大大延长施工周期。长庆油田引进的井下压控开关智能配水技术,可以在不动管柱的情况下,由地面实现井下调配和开、关井控制,与常规分注工艺相比,减少了投捞水嘴的工作量及调试费用。具有操控方便、安全可靠、成本低、施工周期短的特点,提高了分注效果。It is needed to perform repeated casting and fishing operation in underground structure when conventional distribution manifold is used, which consume greatly both time and sources, and increase the cost, especially when the casting and fishing operation is failed caused by the corrosion and scale of the downhole structure. Therefore, intelligent water distribution technology by underground pressure controlled switch was introduced in Changqing oil-field in 2007. This technology can implement the underground allocation and control of the open/shut-in without movement of the column, which can decrease the casting and fishing operation and the debugging cost. This technology has the characteristics of convenient operation, safety, low cost, short operating term and so on, which enhance the separate injection effectiveness.
