摘  要:焊接残余应力的大小和分布与焊接热源、接头形式、材料性能等多种因素有关。在热分析中考虑了材料热物理和力学性能参数与温度的非线性关系,建立了焊接过程的数学模型和物理模型,依据给定的焊接工艺参数,应用 ANSYS 软件实现了对接接头多道焊的三维动态模拟,得出了焊接残余应力的大小和分布规律。The size and distribution of welding residual stresses relate to many factors, such as heating resources, joints forms, material properties and so on. In this paper, the nonlinear relationship among the thermo-physical and mechanics performance parameters of the material and the temperature are taken into consideration in thermal stress analysis, so the mathematical model and physical model of the welding process are established. According to the specified welding parameters, the dynamic simulation of multi-pass welding process is realized by using ANSYS software. The size and distribution rule of the residual stress are obtained by the simulation.
