摘　　要：运用数据库技术,研究开发滚齿机差动挂轮选配及校验通用系统,可以自动迅速地计算出多套满足给定精度及挂轮啮合条件的挂轮组,并可方便地与各类基于数据库的CAPP 系统链接,使用方便,精度高,具有应用价值。A general system of selecting and verifying differential change gears for the hobbing machine is developed by using the database technique. Using the system, the change gear set can be selected precisely and quickly for the given precision and gear engaging conditions. In addition, the system can conveniently link with all kinds of CAPP systems based on the database and it is easy to operate. The precision is high and the system possesses value in practice.
