摘　　要：在基础设施建设领域中推行项目法人招标制是融资和招投标体制以及工程管理体制的重大改革,对于解决基础设施建设中资金短缺、管理体制不清晰等问题有着重要而深远的意义。本文从项目法人招标制度及其实践、基础设施项目实行项目法人招标制的积极意义和加快推行经营类基础项目法人招标制的建议三个方面入手,对此作出简要探讨。Determining legal person for infrastructure construction with tendering is a significant reform in the field of financing, bidding ＆ tendering and engineering management. Carrying project legal person＇s tendering in infrastincture eonstmetion＇s field is very important to solve the problem of funds shorting and management system. Legal person＇s tendering, the positive significance on carrying out project legal person＇s tendering in infrastructure constmetion＇s field and the advices about legal person＇s tendering are studied in this paper.
