摘　　要：通过回忆名老中医张海峰教授的一些生平往事,介绍先生的治学以及部分医疗经验,从而引导中医师如何治学、如何将学习与实践相结合、如何教学相长。主张勤能补拙、中西结合、重视临床实践,为青年中医师的成长指出一条有益的道路。The paper makes an introduction to Dr. Zhang Haifeng＂ his life story. The purpose is to tell students how to do research, integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, teachers of traditional Chinese medicine. s academic research experience by recall of how to teach and learn well. Hard working, emphasis on clinical practice may benefit the young teachers of traditional Chinese medicine.
