摘　　要：提出了铁合金配料电子秤的整体结构,较详细的阐述了系统中用单片机控制配料秤、系统及各环的工作原理,对具体的数据进行了细致的分析计算,对系统的精确度做了进一步的分析。该配料系统能大大提高铁合金生产中的配料效率,并已经在生产中取得了良好的效果。It puts forward the structural whole of ferroalloy proportioning electronic circuit. It analyses the operation principle of electronic scale which is controlled by the single chip computer in ferroalloy proportioning system. The specific data have been calculated thoughtfully, and the further analysis on system accuracy rating has also been taken. This kind of system can sharply promote the efficiency of ferroalloy proportioning. Better results have been achieved during the production process
