铅对羊角月芽藻的毒性及吸收作用的研究

摘　　要：本文作者研究了铅对淡水绿藻羊角月芽藻的毒性．０．０—３８．５ｐｐｍ的ＰｂＣｌ２促进羊角月芽藻的生长；ＰｂＣｌ２高于３８．５ｐｐｍ则抑制其生长，并且降低了细胞内叶绿素ａ的含量，提高了膜透性和过氧化物酶活性．This paper studied the toxity of lead on gveen alga selenastrum capricornutum in freshwater. PbCl 2 between o-38.5ppm stimulates the growth of selenastrum capricornutum, but inhibits its growth when PbCl 2 over 38,5ppm. Lead also reduces the cell content of chlorophylla and increases the membrane permeability & peroxidase activity. Selenastrum capricornutum can absorb and accumulate a large amount of lead.
