摘　　要：华能玉环电厂工程所配的再生式烟气换热器GGH由德国巴克杜尔有限公司设计制造,型号为CVOP172/075E。该类型的换热器首次在国内运用于百万千瓦机组脱硫系统上,无施工方案可供参考。文章介绍了玉环电厂工程GGH的特点、施工前准备、施工工序、各部件施工方案等内容,并针对GGH施工过程中所遇到的困难提出了解决措施,实现了主机和脱硫系统同时完成168h试运行的目标。The regenerative flue gas heat exchanger GGH, equipped by Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant, is designed and manufactured by Balcke- Dǖrr Ltd., Germany with model number CVOP172/075E. Because it is the first time that such type of heat exchanger is used in 1 000 MW unit desulfurization system, there is no available construction schemes for reference. The features of GGH project, preparations before construction, construction procedure, and part construction plans, are introduced. Solutions to the difficulties during GGH construction are proposed, achieving the goal of main unit and desulphurization system operating 168 h simultaneously.
