摘  要:以八水氢氧化锶与尿素为原料采用均相沉淀法,通过添加控制剂合成不同形貌的碳酸锶粒子。结果表明:添加不同控制剂对粒子粒度和形貌具有一定的影响。通过电子显微镜和XRD表征表明,在没有添加控制剂时制备出了纺锤状和柱状的碳酸锶粒子,粒度分别为4~6um和2~3um,长径比分别约为6∶1和10∶1;添加EDTA、三聚磷酸钠和硝酸铈等制备出了线状、棒状等碳酸锶粒子,粒子粒度明显减小。其晶体均属于正交晶系。The materials of Sr( OH)2· 8H2O and CO( NH2)2 were used as raw materials to prepare strontium carbonate particles with different shapes by homogeneous precipitation method through adding control agents. The result indicated that addition of different control agents had certain effects on stronti- um carbonate particles and shapes. The particles had been characterized by SEM and XRD, the results indicated that when no control agents were added, the strontium carbonate particles with spindle-like and pillar-like were prepared. The particle size was 4 - 6um and 2 ~ 3um and the length to diameter ratio was about 6:1 and 10:1. The strontium carbonate particles with line-like and stick-like were prepared by using EDTA, sodium tripolyphosphate and cerium nitrate. The particle size was obviously smaller. All particles were orthorhombic crystal systems.
