摘 要:通过对微晶玻璃的相分析,研究了母体玻璃的各种缺陷及母体玻璃在热处理微晶化过程中的显微结构和结晶相的变化及规律。实践表明,采用DTA、XRD和SEM等现代测试技术可以详细分析晶化样品的相组成及其显微结构,制定相应的工艺,尽量消除母体玻璃的各种缺陷,并且确定合理的热处理制度和选择最佳晶核剂,最终获得性能良好的微晶玻璃。On the basis of phase analysis of glass-ceramic, various defects of mother glass, variation and rule of crystal phase as well as the microstructure of the mother glass in the micritization process of heat treatment are researched. The practice show that the modern testing techniques such as DTA, XRD and SEM can be used to analyze phase composition and microstructure of crystallization samples in detail. Relevant process was worked out to eliminate various defects of mother glass as far as possible. Rational heat treatment system was determined and optimum nucleus agent was selected so as to achieve glass-ceramic with high performance.
