摘 要:介绍钢水连续测温智能检测仪表的工作原理及其所特有的热电偶冷端高温自动补偿技术,其突出特点是采用多级补偿措施和智能化手段,有效地解决了热电偶冷端环境温度在几百度随机变化的高温条件下的自动补偿难题.使系统测温精度大大提高,保证了系统测温偏差在±5℃以内,满足了钢水连铸中间罐和炉外精炼对测温准确度的需要.The principle of intelligence meter of continuous measuring molten steel temperature as well as the technique of automatic compensation for high temperature at the cold end of thermocouple are presented. The meter is developed for the condition that the accuracy of the temperature measurement is greatly influenced due to the high temperature at the cold end of thermocouple and its random variation. The noticeable characteristic of the meter is that the automatic compensation problem of the random variation in the range of several hundreds of degrees at the cold end of thermocouple has been solved efficently using multi grade compensation and the means of intelligence. The accuracy of the meter is within ±5°,which remarkably increases and satisfies the needs of temperature measurement in the process of continuous casting steel and refining out furnaces.
