参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗肾病综合征疗效观察及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗肾病综合征(NS)的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法将86例NS患者随机分为2组,分别为常规治疗加参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗组及常规治疗对照组,治疗2个疗程后根据尿蛋白定量进行疗效评价,并测定血液流变学指标。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别是86.0%和65.1%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、聚集指数、血沉均明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较亦均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液,对改善NS患者的高凝状态及血液流变学紊乱、降低尿蛋白、缓解临床症状、改善肾功能、提高临床疗效均有一定作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenqiong Glucose Injection on nephritic syndrome and its influence on hemorheology. Method All 86 patients with nephritic syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with Shenqiong Glucose Injection and routine treatment,and the control group treated with routine treatment. After 2 treatment courses the evaluation of curative effect was made according to urine protein ration and hemorheological indexes were determined. Result The total effective rate was 86.0 % in the treatment group and 65.1 % in the control group. The treatment group had a significantly higher effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）,and some hemorheological indexes decreased obviously,such as the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,aggregation index and ESR （P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference between two groups after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The administration of Shenqiong Glucose Injection on the base of the routine treatment can relieve the hypercoagulable state,hemorheological disorder and symptoms,reduce urine protein,and improve kidney function with a better curative effect in the patients with nephritic syndrome.
