摘　　要：目的：观察更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将158例手足口病患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组，分别静脉给予更昔洛韦5mg·kg^-1·d^-1和利巴韦林10—15mg·kg^-1·d^-1，对临床症状和体征进行观察和分析。结果：治疗组临床症状和体征均较对照组消失早（P〈0．01）。结论：更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病疗程短，见效快，有明显疗效。Objective：To observe the curative effect of ganciclovir on children with hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Method： 158 patients with HFMD were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group were treated with ganciclovir 5 mg·kg^-1· d^-1 intravenously, and the control group were treated with ribavirin 10-15 mg· kg^ -1· d ^- 1 intravenously. In the process of treatment, the chang of symptoms and signs were observed everyday. Result： The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than that in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Ganciclovir can reduce the treatment period and raise the curative without side effect in the children with HFMD.
