摘　　要：基于项目目标管理在项目管理知识体系的逻辑关系,以及企业目标和项目目标的关系,通过工程管理研究的方法,分析了目标的层次性,构建了由哲理、系统、管理、技术组成的目标体系和表现形式,将和谐目标归结为哲理层次,扩大了建设项目目标体系的内涵。Authors analyze the objective hierarchy, and establish objective system and manifestation by philosophy, system, management, technology based on the relation for management of objective in PMBOK and between enterprise and project with the methods in engineering management. It also promotes the goal of harmony to a philosophy thought＇ s level. What mentioned above extends the meaning of the objective system of construction project.
