摘　　要：施工项目成本管理是施工项目利润的直接体现,有效的成本管理方法有利于成本目标的实现。探讨利用排列图寻求成本偏差的主要影响因素,并对主要因素的影响进行控制的方法。主要因素包括设计原因、宏观经济和政策原因、实施方案原因、实施管理原因和其它原因五大方面。xConstruction project cost management is effective cost management methods are benefit to the direct manifestation of construction project profit. The realize cost goal. The major influence factors and control methods of cost differences are discussed by Pareto chart method. The major influence factors include design, macroeconomic and juristic circumstances, scheme implementation, manage implementation and other factors.
