山绿茶降压片在治疗高血压良性肾动脉硬化症中的应用

摘　　要：目的山绿茶降压片与西药降压片比较观察其治疗高血压良性肾小动脉硬化症患者的降压效果及肾功能变化情况。方法将36例高血压良性肾小动脉硬化症患者随机分为两组,山绿茶组服用山绿茶降压片;对照组服用西药降压片。分别检测服药前及服药3周后的血压(BP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)变化值。结果两组均有较好的降压效果,山绿茶降压片组总有效率89.47%;对照组总有效率94.12%(P<0.01)。山绿茶组治疗后肾功能有明显改善,总有效率BUN达84.21%,SCr达94.74%(P<0.01),对照组治疗后肾功能改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论山绿茶降压片具有较好的降压效果和改善肾功能作用。Objective Compared Shanlu Tea tablets with other western antihypertensive agents in order to observe the effect on Bp reduction in hypertensive benign nephroselerosis and the variation of renal function. Methods Collect 36 patients who have got the hypertensive benign nephroselerosis. Divided them into 2 teams ran＆maly. One of them were given the Shanlu Tea tablets. The control team were given the other western antihy- pertensive agents. Assay the variation of Bp, Bun, SCr seperately before take the medicine while have it 3 weeks late. Results Two teams both have a better effect on Bp reduction. The total effieieney of Shanlu Tea tablets reached 89. 47 %, while the control team was 94. 12% （P 〈 0. 01 ）. After the treatment of Shanlu Tea tablets, the renal function has improved apparently. The total effieieney of Bun reached 84. 21%. SCr 94. 74% （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Those haven＇ t been seen in the control team（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shanlu Tea tablets have a better effect on Bp reduction and also the improvement of renal function.
