健康教育对高血压患者遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对高血压患者遵医行为依从程度及其疗效的影响。方法将临床确诊为高血压88例患者随机分为2组,实验组45例,对照组43例。实验组采取举办高血压基本知识讲座,发放高血压病相关知识的健康教育处方等形式进行健康教育指导;对照组给予常规指导,比较两组遵医行为差异。结果实验组对高血压病相关知识的知晓率为100%,对照组为81.4%,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对医嘱的遵从率实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育不仅可以提高患者对高血压病相关知识的认知度,还能提高患者对医嘱的遵从率,从而提高患者的生活质量,取得良好的社会效益。Objective To probe into the impact degree of health education affect to high blood pressure suffer conform to doctor＇ s advise and his curative effect. Methods Divide the 88 cases of clinic diagnosed high blood pressure suffers into two groups randomly. 45 cases is experiment group, 43 samples is comparison group. We took the form that holding a course of lectures about basic knowledge of high blood pressure, and provided health education prescription of relative knowledge about high blood pressure to instruct health education in experiment group. We just give normal direction in comparison group. Then we compared the different of conform action of two groups. Results The understand rate of high blood pressure knowledge in experiment group is 100 percent. That of comparison group is 81.4 percent. So The understand rate of experiment group is higher than comparison group evidently （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The conform doctor＇ s advise rate of experiment group is higher than comparison group evidently（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Health education not only improve the eognizing degree for relative knowledge about high blood pressure in sufferers, but also heighten the conform rate of sufferers. So it czn improve the living quality of sufferers, help to reach well society benefit.
