143例海洛因依赖者的外周血细胞检测分析

摘　　要：目的:了解海洛因依赖者的外周血细胞变化情况。方法:应用美国雅培公司生产的CELL-DYN 1800全自动血细胞分析仪及日本奥林巴斯公司生产的OLYMPUS CX21光学显微镜,对符合CCMD-3诊断标准的143例海洛因依赖者的外周血细胞进行分析,并与120例健康者组成的对照组进行比较。结果:海洛因依赖者的白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数绝对值(GRAN)、淋巴细胞计数绝对值(LYM)及血小板计数(PLT)显著高于对照组(P<0.01),红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而中间细胞计数绝对值(MID)两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。海洛因依赖者中41例(28.7%)WBC高于正常,25例(17.5%)HGB及19例(13.3%)RBC低于正常,21例(14.7%)的镜检细胞形态异常,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。而PLT增高的病例数为12例(8.4%)两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖患者的外周血细胞数量及形态有不同程度的改变。应重视海洛因依赖患者躯体疾病的诊治。Objective： To understand the changes in circumference blood cells of heroin dependent patients. Methods： The circumference blood cells of 143 heroin dependent patients who conformed to CCMD - 3 diagnosis standard and 120 samples of healthy staff as control were analyzed with CELL- DYN 1800 completely automatic blood cell analyzer （produced by Abbott Company in America） and OLYMPUS CX21 optical microscope （produced by OLYMPUS Company in Japan ）. Results：For heroin dependent patients, the results of WBC, GRAN, LYM and PLT were obviously higher（P 〈0. 01 ）, and the results of RBC and HGB were obviously lower（P 〈 0. 01 ）compared with the control, however, there was no significance difference in MID（P 〉0. 05） between the two groups. In the heroin dependent patients, the WBC of 41 samples（28. 7% ）was higher than the normal, HGB of 25 samples（ 17. 5% ）and RBC of 19 samples（ 13.3% ） were lower than the normal, and the microscopic exam cellular form of 21 samples（ 14.7% ） was abnormal, showing significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ）compared with the control. But there was no significant difference in PLT advances （ 12 samples, 8. 4% ） between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The circumference blood cell quantity and shape of heroin dependent patients have changed to varying degrees. Attention should be paid to the diagnosing and treatment of physical diseases of heroin dependent patients.
