石化企业循环经济指标体系检验修正的研究

摘　　要：结合石化企业的节能减排,初步研究了企业循环经济指标体系,认为建立一种具有普遍共识的通用性指标体系,应当列入节能减排行动计划的绩效措施之一。进而,首次提出了指标体系检验方法与修正模式的概念,以完善相关因子的设计。并就检验修正的立意、思路和原则等进行了讨论。The circular economy indicator system in petrochemical enterprises were studied tentatively in association with the energy saving and emissions reduction measures. It is held that establishment of a widely accepted general indicator system should be taken as one of the measures of energy saving and emissions reduction actions. Furthermore, the concepts of testing method and modifying model for the indictor system were initiated to perfect the designing of correlative factors. Discussions were also made on the conception, consideration and principle of testing and modification.
