萘丁美酮的极谱波特征及其分析应用

摘　　要：在NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4（pH=9.0）缓冲溶液中,萘丁美酮在-0.62V处产生一个灵敏的极谱波。导数波高与萘丁美酮的浓度在0.5-25.0μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.06μg/mL。通过对萘丁美酮的极谱波行为的分析,探讨了电极反应机理,建立了测定微量萘丁美酮的分析方法。In a phosphate buffer solution of pH 9.0, a sensitive polarographic wave given by the non-steroidal antiphlogistic drug, nabtumetone, was observed at 0.62V （vs. SCE）. The results showed that there are a linear relationship between the derivatives of peak height and the concentrations of nabtumetone in the range of 0.5 -25.0μg/mL, and the detection limit was to be 0.06μg/mL. The behavior of the polarographic wave and the mechanism of the electrode reaction were discussed. The method had been applied to the oscillopolarographic determination of nabtumetone in drug tablets, the recoveries were in the range 96.1% - 104.8% and RSD＇s in the range of 2.4% -2.7%
