摘  要:TiO2光电催化是一种电化学辅助的光催化反应技术,通过施加外部偏压减少光生电子和空穴的复合,从而提高其量子效率。本文综述了TiO2光电催化的原理及在水处理、制氢等方面的应用,并提出了存在的问题和将来的发展方向。TiO2 photoelectrocatalytic technology is a kind of photocatalytic oxidation technologies assisted with dec trochemical method. Photogenerated electrons can be removed from electrodes before they could recombine with the holes due to a suitable external bias potential, thus the quantum efficiencies can be improved consequently. The principle and mechanism of photoelectrocatalysis and its application for water treatment and hydrogen production were reviewed. Present problems anti future development about photoelectrocatalytic technology were also discussed.
