摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了硅掺杂的介孔TiO2材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、和N2吸附脱附等分析手段对产物结构和光学性能进行了表征。分别在紫外和可见光下对甲基橙进行了降解实验,结果表明:Si/TiO2介孔材料在紫外光和可见光下均有较高的催化活性,3%Si/TiO2为催化剂,初始pH=3,催化剂用量为2g/L的条件下,分别以紫外光和可见光为激发光源降解甲基橙,甲基橙在1.5h和4h内被完全降解。Different silicon doped mesoporous TiO2 materials were synthesized by sol-gel method. The resulting materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, and nitrogen adsorption-desorption- Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange showed that the material had high photocatalytic activity both under ultraviolet and visible irradiation. The influencing factors on the degradation of methyl orange such as initial pH value, catalyst dosage, silicon doped ratio etc. in the photocatalysis system were investigated. When 3%Si/TiO2 was used as the catalyst, initial pH was 4 and catalyst dosage was 2.0g/L, 30mg/L methyl orange could be completely degradated in 1.5h and 4h under ultraviolet and visible irradiation respectively.
