摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,利用旋涂技术在玻璃表面制备了纳米TiO2薄膜。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析薄膜组成结构;用原子力显微镜(AFM)对薄膜表面形貌、粗糙度进行表征;以去离子水和苯作为水和油模型,研究了TiO2薄膜光致双亲的机理和表面薄膜粗糙度与双亲性的关系。结果表明:在550℃时,晶体生长得较完整,薄膜中的TiO2以锐钛矿形式存在,TiO2粒子的平均直径为26.2nm;双亲性跟表面粗糙度有关,粗糙度越大薄膜的双亲性能越好。Nanometer scale TiO2 film was prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel process combining with spin-coating technology. The TiO2 microstructures were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) ; The morphology, the roughness and the surface properties of films were studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM) ; Mechanism of TiO2 thin-film photoinduced hydrophilicity and surface roughness affecting the hydrophilic-lipophilic property were systematically studied with H20 and C4H6 as model. The results showed that the crystalline structure of the TiO2 in the TiO2 films was anatase state with the crystallite average size of around 26.2 nm at 550~C. Surface roughness was the important factor strongly affecting hydrophilic-lipophilic property. The best hydrophilic-lipophilic property was abtained when asurface was the most of rough.
