摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯(PFEA)为含氟丙烯酸酯单体,磺基琥珀酸癸基聚氧乙烯(6)醚酯二钠(DNS-628)为乳化剂,采用K2S2O8/NaHSO3氧化还原引发体系,合成了具有核壳结构的含氟丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。研究了聚合温度、DNS-628用量、K2S2O8/NaHSO3用量及摩尔比等对聚合反应的影响,同时考察了乳胶粒大小及其分布、乳胶膜的吸水率及对水的接触角等性能。结果表明:当反应温度为60℃,K2S2O8/NaHSO3摩尔比为1∶1、用量为0.5%,DNS-628用量为3.5%,PFEA用量为6%时,得到的乳液粒径分布窄,稳定性好,乳液成膜后对水的接触角达到了103.4°,表现出优异的疏水性能。The fluorine-containing polyacrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized by using K2S2O8/NaHSO3 as redox initiator, 2-(perfluorooctyl)ethyl methacrylate as fluorinated acrylate monomer and DNS-628 as emulsifier. The influence of reaction temperature, K2S2O8/NaHSO3 amount and molar ratio on polymerization process, the emulsion particle size and distribution, water absorbance and water contact angle of emulsion film were investigated. The results showed that the emulsion had good stability and narrow particle size distribution when the reaction temperature was 60~C, K2S2O8/NaHSO3 was 0.5% ,the molar ratio of K2S2O8/NaHSO3 was 1 : 1, DNS-628 was 3.5% and PFEA was 6%. Simultaneously, the emulsion film exhibited excellent water resistance with 103.4° of water contact angle.
