摘 要:以二氯二苯基硅烷对双酚A型环氧树脂进行改性,通过拉伸实验、冲击实验、DSC、SEM研究了二氯二苯基硅烷的含量对环氧树脂E-51固化物性能的影响。结果表明:用5.9份的二氯二苯基硅烷改性时,树脂固化物的拉伸强度达到了67.85MPa,断裂伸长率达7.59%,冲击强度达13.38kJ/m2,环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度达146.56℃。分别比未改性提高了18.9MPa、3.6%、5.5kJ/m2、28℃。Bisphenol A epoxy resins was modified by diphenyldichlorosilane. The influence of the content of diphenyldichlorosilane on the properties of the modified systems was studied by tensile test. impact test.DSC and SEM. The results showed that the tensile strength of epoxy resin modified with diphenyldichlorosilane of 5.9 phr was 67.85Mpa, clongation was7.59%, impact strength was 13.38kJ/m^2 and Tg was 146.56℃, more than that of pure epoxy resins by18.9 MPa, 3.6%,5.5kJ/m^2 ,28℃.
