摘 要:探讨4类抗生素在治疗老年人肺部感染中不良反应(ADRs)的特点。搜集头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类,氨基苷类抗生素在治疗老年人肺部感染中出现不良反应的病例86例,考察不良反应与药物的关系,进行分析归类。氨基苷类使用例数最少,但不良反应发生率较高,达15.38%;其次是喹诺酮类,达14.45%。喹诺酮类和氨基苷类抗生素引起肾功能损害较多,青霉素类引起免疫功能下降明显,喹诺酮类引起神经系统紊乱突出。4类抗生素在治疗老年人肺部感染时出现不良反应的特点各不相同。建议减少喹诺酮类和氨基苷类抗生素在老年患者中的使用。To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) on old patients with infection of lung in using Antibiotics. To collect adverse drug reactions of cephalosporins, quinolones, penicillins and amino-glycosides in curing old patients of 86 cases with infection of lung, the relation of the medicine and adverse drug reactions were investigated and analyzed in categorizing. The usage number of aminoglycosid was at least, but ADRs occurrence rate was highest to amount to 15.38%, the next in order quinolones was to amount to 14. 45%. Quinolones and aminoglycosides caused renal fundion to injure more, penicillins caused the immunity function to descend obviously, quinolones caused the nervous system mess outstanding. The four antibiotics cured old patients with infection of lung to appeared different the characteristics of ADRs. It suggestes to reduce usage of quinolones and aminoglycosides in old patients.
