摘　　要：目的:建立2010年版中国药典非水滴定中革除汞盐的方法。方法:主要采用以醇类为溶剂的氢氧化钠电位滴定法和加乙酸酐的高氯酸电位滴定法。结果:革除汞盐后方法含量测定结果与原方法结果基本一致,可以代替原方法。结论:本文建立的方法简便、易行,为2010版药典非水滴定中革除汞盐的相关研究提供了思路和方法。Objective：To establish the method of replacing mercuric acetate in nonaqueous titration in Chinese pharmacopoeia volume Ⅱ （ Edition 2010 ）. Methods ： The two main methods are alkaline potentiometric titration in alcohol and to add Acetic anhydride in HClO4 potentiometric titration. Results：the results of the method in the article were same with that of the method compiled in ChP currently, and the current method can be replaced by the new method. Conclusions：This article puts forward the ideas and methodology in studying replacing mercuric acetate in nonaqueous titration in ChP （edition 2010）.
