摘 要:为了改善弹簧钢强度提高后在环境中的腐蚀疲劳寿命,采用加速腐蚀试验(盐雾试验)和电化学试验,研究了不同Ti含量的2000MPa级新型中碳弹簧钢的腐蚀力学性能、腐蚀行为和极化曲线,并与传统60Si2MnA弹簧钢的性能进行了对比。结果表明,增加中碳高强度弹簧钢中的Ti含量,腐蚀后的拉伸强度损失、腐蚀质量损失和腐蚀坑深度均降低,在5%NaCl水溶液中的点蚀电位增加。这表明,钢中添加Ti能够进一步改善试验钢的耐腐蚀性能。与传统的60Si2MnA弹簧钢相比,添加Ti的新型中碳高强度弹簧钢呈现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。In order to improve the corrosion fatigue resistance of spring steel with enhanced strength, the mechanical properties under corrosion condition, corrosion behavior and polarization curve of new type 2000 MPa grade medium-carbon spring steel with different Ti content were studied by using accelerated corrosion test (salt spray test) and electrochemical test. Conventional spring steel 60Si2MnA was also tested for comparison. The results show that,with increasing the Ti content in the steel, the tensile strength reduction, corrosion weight loss and corrosion pit depth after different cycles of corrosion decrease, and the pitting potential in 5 % NaCl aqueous solution increases,it indicates that the addition of Ti to steel is beneficial to the improvement of corrosion resistance. The Ti-added medium carbon high strength spring steel presents better corrosion resistance than that of the conventional spring steel 60Si2MnA.
