摘  要:采用正交试验法研究了固溶温度、冷却方式、时效温度、时效时间4因素对VST55531合金强度和塑性的影响。结果表明,冷却方式对合金的强度和塑性影响最大,时效温度次之。当固溶温度为820℃、冷却方式为空冷,时效温度和时效时间分别为580℃和4 h时,VST55531合金的Rm为1370MPa,Rp0.2为1340MPa,A为9.0%,Z为23.0%,该合金具有良好的强塑性。The influence of solution temperature, cooling methods, aging temperature and aging time on the strength and ductility of VST55531 alloy was studied by orthogonal test. The results show that cooling methods occupied first place of influence on strength and plasticity of the alloy and aging temperature comes second. When the alloy is processed with solution treatment at 820 ℃ followed by air cooling and aging treatment at 580 ℃ for 4 h,the value of Rm ,Rp0.2 ,A and Z is 1370 MPa, 1340 MPa,9.0% and 23.0% respectively, and the alloy shows excellent strength and plasticity.
