摘  要:采用5kW横流CO2激光器对抽油杆接箍45钢表面进行直纹和螺旋激光淬火对比试验,对两种激光淬火硬化区组织进行了光学和扫描电镜分析,并对其硬度和摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明,直纹激光淬火试样磨损表面存在鳞片状剥落碎屑和较细小的犁沟;螺旋搭接试样磨损后,淬火回火区呈现严重的坑状剥落,而两侧的淬硬带呈现轻微的犁沟剥落;接箍直纹激光淬火后的摩擦磨损性能优于螺旋激光淬火。For comparative test, sucker rod ring joints were treated by straight line laser quenching and helix laser quenching with crosscurrent 5 kW CO2 laser equipment. The microstructure of the hardening zone was studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM). The hardness was measured and the friction and wear behavior was studied. The results show that the wear surface of the straight-line laser quenching sample has scale-like flaking and thin furrows,while the helix one has severe pit flaking in the tempered zones and slight furrows on both side of the quenched zones. The friction and wear behavior of sucker rod ring joint treated by straight line laser quenching is better than that of the helix way.
