摘 要:研究了热处理和晶粒尺寸对Fe-25%Cr-5%Al(质量分数)合金阻尼性能的影响规律及相关机理。结果表明:退火温度和晶粒尺寸对该合金的磁学-力学滞后阻尼以及其阻尼的应变振幅效应有显著的影响,合适的退火温度和晶粒尺寸是使该合金获得高阻尼性能的必要条件,如果退火不能使合金获得较粗大的晶粒组织,则退火处理对阻尼性能的影响很微弱,这种合金在水淬和冷加工之后具有相当低的阻尼值。另外,该合金的磁学-力学滞后阻尼随温度的升高而下降,直至某一温度消失,这与铁磁性合金的磁性随温度的变化趋势相似。The effect of heat treatment and grain size on the damping behavior of Fe-25 Cr-5 Al ( wt% ) alloy was investi- gated. The resulls show that the annealing temperature and grain size have a significant influence on the damping ca- pacity and strain amplitude dependence of the alloy. Moderate annealing temperature and grain size are necessary for higher damping. Nevertheless, if annealing can not yield relatively large grains, it has little effect on the damping ca- pacity. The alloy has rather low damping after water quenched or cold worked due to high internal stress in the struc- ture. In addition, the magnetomechanical hysteresis damping of the alloy decreases with increasing temperature and subsequently disappears at a certain temperature, which is consistent with the relationship of magnetism and temperature in ferromagnetic alloys.
