铸态铝硅合金在磷酸盐电解液中表面陶瓷化行为及结构特征

摘  要:采用等离子体电解氧化技术在铝硅合金表面制备了陶瓷层,电解液为磷酸盐系列。利用轮廓仪、SEM和XRD对陶瓷层的粗糙度、形貌和相组成进行了研究。结果表明,PEO处理过程可分为4个典型阶段。随处理时间延长,陶瓷层的厚度近似线性增长,表面缺陷增大增多,粗糙度显著增加,达到9.5μm。PEO处理初期只生成γ-Al2O3,一定时间后α-Al2O3出现,其相对含量逐渐增多。Ceramic coatings were prepared on cast aluminum-silicon alloys in phosphate electrolyte by plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO). The value of current and voltage were collected by auto-PEO system. Surface roughness, morphologies and composition were studied by surface profiler stylus, SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that there are four different typical stages during PEO process. The thickness of coating grew linearly over time. The size of discharge chan- nel and microcracks increased with the treatment time increasing, the roughness could reach 9.5 μm. The XRD investigation indicated that the coating was mainly composed of γ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3.
