摘 要:某批35CrMoA钢双臂吊环采用传统工艺生产后,其韧性指标达不到技术要求,对其材料的化学成分、金相组织及力学性能进行了检测与分析,经多种热处理工艺试验,最终确立了35CrMoA钢高强高韧双臂吊环的热处理工艺方案,将原来的"盐水-空气-盐水"间歇控制冷却淬火改为3%~5%UCONA水溶液淬火,这样在保证原有高强度的同时,冲击韧性有了较大的提高,能完全满足技术要求。To solve the problem that a batch of two-armed hanging tings couldn't meet high toughness requirement after heat treatment with traditional process, the chemical composition, metallographic structure and mechanical properties were detected and analyzed. Tested many times with different heat treatment processes, a proper heat treatment process for the two-armed hanging tings was determined, 3% -5% UCON A water solution cooling is adopted in stead of the o- riginal "brine-air-brine" intermission control cooling. The test results show that the toughness can be enhanced greatly while the strength keeps in the same level, it can meet technical requirements completely.
