摘　　要：慢性肝疾病是临床常见疾病之一,CYP450s基因是由一组超家族的P450同工酶基因编码,主要在肝脏中合成和表达。慢性肝疾病对CYP450s的合成和表达均会产生影响,从而影响肝脏CYP450s对内源性物质和外源性物质的代谢。而且肝疾病对CYP450的各个酶的影响不很一致,具有选择性。肝硬化患者的给药需要临床医生根据实际情况进行调节。The chronic liver disease is one of the most common diseases dealt with clinically.CYP450s are mainly synthesized and expressed in the liver,and they are coded by a group of superfamily genes,named P450 isozyme genes.The chronic liver disease can influence the CYP450s synthesis and expression,thus may have effects on the metabolism of endogenous and exogenous compounds.Moreover,the liver disease has different influences to each CYP450 enzyme.In the liver cirrhosis patients,clinicians should adjust the administration according to the actual condition.
