妇科消炎0号在大鼠和小鼠的抗炎和抗菌作用

摘　　要：目的:研究妇科消炎0号在大鼠和小鼠的抗炎和抗菌作用。方法:采用苯酚胶浆阴道注射导致化学性炎症、大肠杆菌子宫注射导致细菌性炎症及二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生等非特异性炎症等动物模型,观察妇科消炎0号的抗菌和抗炎作用。结果:妇科消炎0号能明显降低模型大鼠全血黏度,减少大鼠左右子宫重量差异,改善模型大鼠子宫的病理组织损害,对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生均有显著性抑制作用。结论:妇科消炎0号具有消炎、抗菌,治疗盆腔炎的作用。Objective： To investigate the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of Fukexiaoyanlinghao,a Chinese medicine for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,in rats and mice.Methods： Chemical inflammation in rat vagina was induced by hydroxybenzene mucilage,bacterial inflammation in rat uterus was induced by colibacillus,and other nonspecific inflammation models were also applied.Results： Fukexiaoyanlinghao obviously decreased the whole blood viscosity,the weight difference between the left and right uterus,and relieved the damage in uterus tissue after inflammation in rats.It also inhibited the granulation hyperplasia induced by cotton ball in rats,and the auricular swelling induced by xylene in mice.Conclusion： Fukexiaoyanlinghao exerts anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects that may be beneficial for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
