思的明对吗啡依赖猴戒断症状的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的：观察思的明（sidimine）对吗啡依赖猴戒断症状的治疗作用。方法：按剂量递增法皮下注射（s．c．）吗啡建立90d吗啡依赖模型，d91～d97灌胃给予思的明（以生药计剂量分别为2．4，4．8，9．6g·kg^-1·d^-1，bid），在d91～d102（即戒断后12d内）每日对各组吗啡依赖猴戒断症状进行评分，并称量体重，计算体重变化率（相对于d90的体重）。结果：思的明3个剂量均能不同程度降低吗啡依赖猴戒断症状评分，其效应呈剂量相关性，中剂量从戒断d3开始起效（P〈0．05），高剂量从戒断d2即可显著控制戒断症状（P〈0．01）。与模型组相比，思的明高剂量在戒断d3和d6～d9能控制吗啡依赖猴体重的下降（P〈0．05）。结论：思的明能缓解吗啡依赖猴的戒断症状，并有一定的控制体重下降的作用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of sidimine on withdrawal symptoms in morphine-dependent rhesus monkeys. Methods： Morphine-dependence was gradual increasing doses for 90 days in rhesus monkeys. From d 91 bid） was orally given. During d 91 to d 102 （12 days after withd induced by to 97, sidi rawal） , administration （s. c. ） of morphine at mine （2.4, 4.8 and 9.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1, withdrawal symptoms and changes in body weight were recorded. Results： The scores of withdrawal symptoms were significantly reduced by three doses of sidimine in a dose-dependent manner. Sidimine showed the effect from third day of morphine withdrawal at the dose of 4.8 g·kg^-1·d^-1（P 〈0.05）, and the effect reached a maximum at the dose of 9.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with control group, weight lose was controlled by sidimine at the dose of 9.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1 in d 3 and d 6 - 9 after morphine withdrawal （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Sidimine can alleviate withdrawal symptoms and control the weight loss in morphine-dependent rhesus monkey.
