摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱技术建立金匮肾气丸正丁醇部位HPLC指纹图谱,同时分析其化学成分的归属。方法:采用Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-1%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为254 nm;流速为0.5 mL.min-1;柱温为30℃。结果:得到分离度较好的金匮肾气丸药效部分的指纹图谱,共标定出14个指纹特征峰,方法稳定、重现性好。同时结合复方药物及单味药的物质信息,确定了金匮肾气丸药效部分特征峰的来源。结论:所建立的金匮肾气丸正丁醇部位指纹图谱特征性强、重现性较好,对金匮肾气丸正丁醇部位的质量评价有重要参考价值。Objective. To establish HPLC fingerprint for n-butanol parts in Jinkuishenqiwan, and to analyze its chemical component classification. Methods:The samples were separated on a reversed phase C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid water solution at the rate of 0.5 mL·min ^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results : Fourteen characteristic peaks were obtained in the fingerprint of effective parts in Jinkuishenqiwan with good separation. The method was stable with great reproducibility. The sources of characteristic peaks for effective parts in Jinkuishenqiwan were determined with the information of chemicals of compound and single medicine. Conclusion:The fingerprint of n-butanol in Jinkuishenqiwan showed a strong characteristic and good reproducibility,and was an important reference for quality evaluation of n-butanol in Jinkuishenqiwan.
