摘  要:以两个不同基因型玉米品种中单808和京单28为试验材料,设置60000株/hm2、75000株/hm2、90000株/hm2和105000株/hm24个密度梯度,研究在不同密度下施用植物生长调节剂乙矮合剂对玉米倒伏性和产量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,调节剂处理玉米的株高降低,基部节间茎粗增加。茎秆的穿刺强度和抗拉弯强度提高,纤维素含量提高。高秆大穗型品种中单808对照处理在75000株/hm2以上密度均发生倒伏,调节剂处理可有效地防止和减轻玉米倒伏。在60000株/hm2密度下,中单808经调节剂处理后其产量比对照降低,其他密度下产量比对照明显提高,京单28经调节剂处理后在60000株/hm2、75000株/hm2密度下产量比对照有所降低,但在90000株/hm2和105000株/hm2下产量比对照提高。It is very important to improve maize lodging resistant for increasing yield. Maize hybrids" Zhongdan 808" and" Jingdan28" were used as materials to study effects of chemical regulation on lodging and yield under different densities. The results showed that the plant height was shortened and the diameter of the 3rd internode increased by chemical regulation. The puncture intension, the bending intension and the fiber content of stalk increased. The lodging happened when the density of Zhongdan 808 was over 75000 plants/hm^2 and it could be re- duced by chemical regulation. The lodging did not happen under each density for Jingdan28. Compared with CK, the yield of Zhongdan 808 decreased under the 60000 plants/hm^2 but increased when the density was more than 75000 plants/hm^2 under chemical regulation. The yield of Jingdan28 decreased under 60000 plants/hm^2 and 75000 plants/ hm^2 but increased under 90000 plants/hm^2 and 105000 plants/hm^2 under chemical regulation.
