摘　　要：目的:利用大通医药咨询软件V5.0分析我院11118例门诊处方,为合理用药提供依据。方法:随机抽取2006年3、6和11月的处方应用临床药物咨询系统V5.0进行分析。结果:437张处方用药不合理,发生率为3.93%。结论:我院处方合理用药基本正常,应发挥临床药物咨询系统V5.0的更大作用,更应注意提高临床医务人员和药剂人员合理用药的意识、药理学的基础知识和药剂人员的调配技巧。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the 11 118 outpatient prescriptions by V5.0 DAITO for reference of rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS： 11 118 drug prescriptions were randomly selected in March, June and November in 2006 and analyzed by V5.0 DAITO. RESULTS： Of the total 11 118 drug prescriptions, 437 （3.93%）were found to be irrational in drug use. CONCLUSION： The drug utilization is basically rational in our hospital; however, there is still room for the V5.0 DAITO to play a more active role, for pharmacists and clinical doctors to improve their consciousness of rational drug use as well as their knowledge about pharmacology and dispensing skills.
