摘  要:目的:为探讨各类型冠心病发展的危险因素。方法:测定冠心病患者(18例隐匿型冠心病,22例不稳定型心绞痛,11例急性心肌梗塞)和40名正常人花生四烯酸代谢物(TXB2和6-K-PGF1α)以及血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP—140)的含量。结果:冠心病组与对照组比较,TXB2和GMP—140明显升高,6-K-PGF1α明显降低,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),急性心肌梗塞组或不稳定型心绞痛组(除6-K-PGF1α外)与隐匿型冠心病组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:TXA2和PGI2平衡的失调,GMP—140含量的增加将是冠心病发展恶化的危险信号。Objective:to research for the risk factors of various CHD.Method:Detect the level of acid metabolites (TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1α ) and GMP-140 in 51 CHD (18LCH,22UA,11AMI)patients and 40 normals.Result:For CHD group,the levels of TXB 2 and GMP-140 were much significantly higher,whereas the levels of 6 K PGF 1α was much significantly lower than the normal control(P<0 01),and in the same comparing between UA (except 6 K PGF 1α ) /or AM and LCH the difference is significant(P<0 05).Coclusion:The results indicate that the imbalance of TXA 2 and PGI 2 and the increase in GMP-140 level are the risk messages of CHD exacerbating.
