摘　　要：目的:了解《处方管理办法》在基层医院的执行情况,促进合理用药。方法:在处方管理办法执行前后各半年,抽查了2007年12个月的处方共18329张,进行6个核心指标统计,分析比较前后处方质量的变化。结果:《处方管理办法》施行后处方质量较之前有明显改善。结论:《处方管理办法》在基层医院得到落实,规范了我院的处方书写,减少了药物的配伍禁忌以及不良反应的发生,促进了临床合理用药,避免了不必要的医疗花费,大大降低了处方不合格率。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the enforcement of the ＂prescription management method＂ in primary hospitals so as to promote rational drug use. METHODS： Six months before and after the implementation of ＂prescription Management method＂, a total of 18 329 prescriptions in 2007 were randomly checked, and six core indicators were collected for the analysis of prescription quality. RESULTS： Prescription quality was obviously improved after the implementation of ＂Prescription management method＂. CONCLUSION： The implementation of the ＂Prescription management method＂ was successful in hospital, due to which, the prescription writing was standardized, the incidences of drug incompatibility and adverse reactions were reduced, rational drug use was promoted, the unnecessary medical spending was avoided, and the rate of unqualified prescriptions has been greatly reduced.
