摘　　要：文中介绍了船舶防污设备检查的要领并结合防污检查中发现的违章排污行为分析了船舶违章排放油污水的几种可能情况,有针对性地提出机舱舱底水管系检查的方法和改善海洋环境的可行性建议。The author of this paper introduces the key points relating to inspection of motor vessel＇s anti-pollution equipment and analyzes the cases for possible engine room illegal discharge of oily water. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on the methods for inspecting the bilge piping system and for marine environment protection.
